i had owned my camera for a little over a week when i took this photo
in costa rica. i have no idea what happened but the sun appears to be melting.

i have had this happen to me as well. it usually occurs when auto focus is on and the light is too bright. can't wait to spend one last week at the ocean before the new working year starts for me.
